1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the use of the td7778 platform, accessible at td7778.org, and all associated services, products, and features made available by td7778 ("td7778", "we", "us", "the Platform"). td7778 operates under an internationally recognised gaming license. The Platform provides online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and related entertainment services to eligible members ("Member", "you", "your").

By accessing or using any part of td7778, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. td7778 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the td7778 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between td7778 and each Member.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active td7778 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. td7778 is strictly an adults-only platform. Individuals under the age of 21 are expressly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any services offered by td7778.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and non-individual legal entities may not register as Members.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, consultant, agent, or contractor of td7778 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false information at any stage is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended td7778 account. Only one account per individual is permitted. td7778 enforces this restriction through identity verification checks.

td7778 may require Members to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or whenever the Platform has reasonable grounds to verify identity. Required documents typically include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of payment method ownership.

3. Account Management

Each Member is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their td7778 login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. td7778 strongly recommends that Members:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account security settings.
• Never share login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of the Platform when accessing it on a shared or public device.
• Immediately notify td7778 Support if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

td7778 is not liable for any losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, provided that td7778 has not been negligent in its own security obligations. All activity conducted through a Member's account while their credentials are active is deemed to have been authorised by that Member, unless the Member has promptly reported a suspected breach to td7778 Support.

Members may update their personal information by contacting td7778 Support. Changes to name, date of birth, or CNIC number require documentary verification. td7778 reserves the right to freeze an account during any verification process.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the td7778 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following general terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa; Rs 500 via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank).
• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited within two minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers may take 5–30 minutes depending on the originating institution.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly for fully verified accounts. Bank withdrawals are processed within 1–6 hours during operational hours.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed in the Member's account panel and may be updated by td7778 at any time with reasonable notice.
• Source of Funds: td7778 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal, particularly for transactions exceeding defined AML thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in transaction delays or account suspension.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and comply with applicable financial regulations.
• No Third-Party Payments: Members may not deposit funds from accounts or payment methods that do not belong to them, and may not request withdrawals to third-party accounts.

td7778 does not charge Members fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, the Member's payment provider (e.g., their mobile network operator or bank) may apply independent transaction charges for which td7778 bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

td7778 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form a supplement to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence for that promotion. The following general bonus provisions apply across all td7778 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering", all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Live Sic Bo, slots, and other games may contribute varying percentages. Contribution rates are published on each promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry. Expiry periods are stated on each promotion page.
• One Bonus Per Member: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times via multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
• td7778 Right to Modify: td7778 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Members who have already opted into an active promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
• Bonus Abuse: Any Member found to be abusing td7778 promotions — including through coordination with other Members, use of betting patterns designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or any other form of exploitation — will have their bonus funds forfeited and may have their account suspended.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules govern all wagering activity on the td7778 platform, including casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and all other game types:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by td7778. td7778 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on events where td7778 has identified an error in the odds or a technical fault.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. td7778 may adjust individual Member stake limits at any time based on account activity or risk assessments.
• Game Integrity: All casino games on td7778 operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a technical disconnection during an active game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the server-side game state recorded at the time of disconnection. td7778 is not liable for connectivity issues arising from a Member's internet service provider or device.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: incorrect odds published due to system error, cancellation of a sporting event, or manifest error in game configuration. Void bets are returned to the Member's PKR wallet.
• Cricket Betting Specifics: For PSL and international cricket markets, in-play bets placed after an over or wicket event has occurred but before odds are updated will be settled at the pre-event odds if the delay is attributable to a td7778 system issue, or voided if attributable to data feed delay.
• Responsible Gambling During Play: Members are encouraged to utilise the in-game session tools, including session timers and deposit limit reminders, available through their td7778 account panel at all times.

7. Responsible Gaming

td7778 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available free of charge to all verified Members and can be accessed through the account settings panel following td7778 login:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour review period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure maximum session durations with on-screen reminders at 30, 60, or 120-minute intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request temporary account suspensions ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed or reactivated by the Member.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent self-exclusion, which closes their account indefinitely. td7778 will make reasonable efforts to ensure that self-excluded Members are not targeted by promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible.
• Reality Checks: Members may enable periodic notifications reminding them of time spent and net wagering activity during a session.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the td7778 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per individual (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any Member who discovers a bug is required to report it to td7778 Support immediately. Exploitation of a known bug constitutes fraud.
• Conducting any transaction that facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person who has been self-excluded or otherwise restricted from the Platform.
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes, including operating as an agent or intermediary for third-party bettors.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the td7778 platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing td7778 staff, support agents, or other Members through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the td7778 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface elements, and design — is the exclusive property of td7778 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without prior written consent from td7778.
• Use of any td7778 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any context without express authorisation.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on any other website or digital platform.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting content from the Platform for any purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, td7778 and its directors, officers, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if td7778 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Damages arising from interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in the Platform's operation that are beyond td7778's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Any losses attributable to the Member's own failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from failure to maintain account security.

Where applicable law does not permit the full exclusion of liability, td7778's total liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

td7778 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Members are responsible for ensuring their own devices and networks are adequately protected.

11. Suspension & Termination

td7778 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a payment provider in connection with the Member's account.
• Member request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure, any PKR balance remaining in a Member's account will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided that the closure was not due to fraud, Terms breach, or regulatory requirement preventing such payment. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be returned upon closure.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their td7778 account may do so by contacting Support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Before closing your account, consider whether a temporary cooling-off period or self-exclusion option better suits your needs.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which td7778 holds its gaming license. The specific jurisdiction is identified in td7778's licensing documentation, which is available upon request from Support.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and td7778, the Member should first contact td7778 Support at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. td7778 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the Member and td7778, the Member may escalate their complaint to the dispute resolution body designated by td7778's licensing authority. Details of this body are available on request from Support.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between td7778 and the Member with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
